By accessing and using Onlinedrive.io ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Onlinedrive.io provides cloud storage services with S3-compatible API access. The Service allows you to store, access, and manage your files across our global server network.

We offer various subscription plans, including free and paid options. Storage limits, features, and pricing are clearly outlined on our pricing page and are subject to change with notice to existing customers.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload, store, or share illegal content
  • Violate any intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Engage in phishing, spam, or fraudulent activities
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Payment and Billing

For paid plans:

  • Annual plans are billed yearly in advance
  • Lifetime plans are billed once and provide lifetime access
  • All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Existing customers will maintain their pricing for the current billing period
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

6. Storage and File Management

Your storage allocation is based on your selected plan. If you exceed your storage limit:

  • You will be notified via email
  • You must delete files or upgrade your plan
  • New uploads may be blocked until storage is available
  • We may delete files after 30 days of exceeding limits with notice

7. Data Backup and Security

While we implement industry-standard security measures and perform regular backups:

  • You are responsible for maintaining your own backups
  • We do not guarantee against data loss
  • File versioning is available for a limited period
  • Deleted files may be recoverable for 30 days

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
  • Make emergency repairs as needed
  • Modify or discontinue features with notice

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • Your account is used for illegal activities
  • Payment fails for paid accounts
  • You engage in abusive behavior toward staff

You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Onlinedrive.io and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and deliver your content as necessary to provide the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onlinedrive.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Onlinedrive.io from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Onlinedrive.io operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
